Organizer<\/h3>\n

The promotional campaigns are organized by Data Protection Institute, with registered office at 2018 Antwerp, Grotehondstraat 44 1\/1, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0849.293.297, hereinafter referred to as \u201cDPI.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/header>\n

Scope of application<\/h3>\n

These general terms and conditions apply to all temporary promotional campaigns organized by DPI<\/strong>, regardless of the name or communication medium of the campaign (such as Cyber Monday, Summer Campaign, or similar campaigns).<\/p>\n

Specific terms and conditions may apply to individual promotions. These supplement the general terms and conditions and take precedence in the event of any conflict.<\/p>\n

Temporary nature of promotions<\/h3>\n

All promotions organized by DPI are strictly temporary<\/strong> and are valid only during the explicitly stated promotional period.<\/p>\n

At the end of the promotional period, all promotional benefits automatically expire, without DPI being obliged to provide any form of compensation or extension.<\/p>\n

Target group<\/h3>\n

Each campaign is aimed at a clearly defined target group, as specified in the specific campaign conditions.<\/p>\n

The target group can be defined on the basis of objective criteria, including (but not limited to):<\/p>\n

    \n
  • type of organization,<\/li>\n
  • sector,<\/li>\n
  • function or role of the participant,<\/li>\n
  • size of the organization,<\/li>\n
  • geographical location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    DPI reserves the right to refuse participation in a promotion if the target group conditions are not met.<\/p>\n

    Exclusion of public sector prices<\/h3>\n

    Promotional offers do not apply to public sector prices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Public sector prices are structurally and permanently reduced<\/strong>, taking into account the specific legal, organizational, and budgetary context in which these organizations operate. This adjusted pricing aims to give public organizations sustainable and fair access to DPI’s services and training courses.<\/p>\n

    For this reason, promotional offers cannot be applied to public sector prices and cannot be combined with these structural discounts.<\/p>\n

    Non-cumulation<\/h3>\n

    Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, benefits, or promotions.<\/p>\n

    Modification or termination of promotions<\/p>\n

    DPI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate a promotion at any time if circumstances so require, without this giving rise to any right to compensation. Benefits already granted remain valid within the originally communicated promotion period.<\/p>\n

    Liability<\/h3>\n

    DPI cannot be held liable for:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • technical malfunctions,<\/li>\n
    • material errors,<\/li>\n
    • printing or typesetting errors,<\/li>\n
    • or misunderstandings regarding the interpretation of promotion terms and conditions.<\/li>\n
    • Applicable law and competent court<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      These promotional terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
      \nAny disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.<\/p>\n

      Stay Tuned Promotion \u2013 Specific Promotion Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n

      Promotional period<\/h4>\n

      The Stay Tuned Promotion runs for the duration of an active Stay Tuned subscription.<\/p>\n

      Target group<\/h4>\n

      This promotion is exclusively intended for:<\/p>\n

      • The registered persons to whom the subscription applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The promotion does not apply to prices for the public sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Promotional offer<\/h4>\n

        During the promotional period, participants will enjoy:<\/p>\n

        A 10% discount<\/strong> on the standard prices of all courses, with the exception of Stay Tuned packages.<\/p>\n

        Applicable products and services<\/h4>\n

        The promotion applies to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • open training courses organized by DPI,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The promotion does not apply to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • customized training courses,<\/li>\n
          • in-company programs,<\/li>\n
          • existing contracts or quotations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Practical details<\/h4>\n
              \n
            • The discount will be applied upon registration if you indicate \u201cStay Tuned member\u201d during the registration process.<\/li>\n
            • The discount will not be applied automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Exclusions<\/h4>\n
                \n
              • cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts,<\/li>\n
              • does not apply to public sector prices,<\/li>\n
