Data Protection Institute (DPI) is the training subsidiary of Toreon, and is a leading training institute for data protection, data management, and data security professionals. We offer 50 expert-led courses in Dutch, French, and English. Our small yet dynamic team comprises 4 dedicated core members and 30 expert trainers.

About the challenge
As a Customer Service and Training Manager at DPI, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining customer relationships. By closely collaborating with our trainers and learners, you will support and motivate them to enhance their educational journey. Your collaboration with trainers ensures the delivery of quality results, enhancing our reputation through positive word of mouth and ensuring ongoing engagement.

You will ensure seamless delivery of trainings. With an eye for detail and efficiency, you lead both the operational and administrative side of our services, keeping customer satisfaction high.

You will master the art of multitasking to perfection, managing intakes, daily email communications, resolving client inquiries and preparing reports. Your expertise with computers and various software packages allows you to not only streamline administrative tasks, but also closely manage financial records in collaboration with our bookkeeper, including booking invoices for processing. You will deliver administrative support for marketing activities in collaboration with our marketing manager.

You are the colleague who not only excels at multitasking and prioritizing, but also completes each training project with exceptional quality. The ideal candidate is a driven individual with a punctual and correct approach in all their work. You work independently, are flexible in terms of working hours and have a real passion for the content of our training programs, with the ability to communicate it to potential trainees in an understandable way. Above all, you are a team player who understands the value of collaboration and acts accordingly.

Professional skills
You have mastered some sales and communication techniques to speak to the trainees and trainers.
You have knowledge of project management and planning techniques. This is reflected in your organizational skills, leadership, stress-resistance, taking on responsibilities, and being result- and solution-oriented.
You can handle administrative tasks both accurately and neatly and you are quick with computer software packages.
You have knowledge and experience in event management. You like to be creative, collaborative, entrepreneurial and take communicative leadership of the project.
You are familiar with the software tools: MS office, Teamleader, Hubspot, WordPress and financial tracking software packages
You speak and write fluently in Dutch, French, and English. It is important to master at least Dutch and French very well.

Educational requirements
You possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant domain or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of office and/or event management.
